แผนกต่าง ๆ ในโรงแรม ตอน: แผนกบัญชี (Accounting Department) แผนกบัญชีของโรงแรมทั่วไปจะประกอบไปด้วยตำแหน่งต่าง ๆ ดังนี้ 1. Food & Beverage Controller บันทึกรายงานปริมาณ และราคาต้นทุน ในการซื้ออาหาร และเครื่องดื่ม 2. Credit Manager กำกับดูแลเรื่องเกี่ยวกับสินเชื่อ และการเรียกเก็บเงินทั้งหมด การปฏิบัติงาน 3. Income Auditor ตรวจสอบรายได้ประจำวันให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง 4. Storekeeper ดูแลคลังพัสดุอาหาร และเครื่องดื่มคลังพัสดุทั่วไป โดยลงบัญชีนำเข้า 5. Receiving Clerk ตรวจสอบรายการสินค้าที่ส่งมาว่าถูกต้องตามที่สั่ง ก่อนที่จะรับของ 6. Account Payable Supervisor และเตรียมการวิเคราะห์ค่าใช้จ่าย ตรวจสอบวิธีการ และระยะเวลาการจ่ายเงินของโรงแรม 7. Account Receivable Supervisor รับผิดชอบ และเก็บรักษาบันทึกรายการต่างๆ ให้ถูกต้องเก็บยอดบัญชีลูกหนี้ของลูกค้า 8. Front Office Cashier มีหน้าที่รับ และเก็บบัญชีแยกประเภทของลูกค้าไว้อย่างต่อเนื่อง และสม่ำเสมอ 9. Chief Accountant รับผิดชอบเรื่องรายการเงิน ตลอดจนการวิเคราะห์ทั้งปวง 10. Purchasing Manager มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบจัดซื้อทุกสิ่งทุกอย่างตามความต้องการของทุกฝ่าย ทุกแผนก 11. Head Checker รับผิดชอบฝึกอบรม และกำกับดูแลพนักงานเก็บเงิน อาหาร และเครื่องดื่มทั้งหมด หมายเหตุ: ในแต่ละโรงแรมตำแหน่งอาจแตกต่างกันออกไป ขึ้นอยู่กับนโยบาย และโครงสร้างขององค์กร Skip to content
