The limit space here is included with the full of useful amenities. Room feels keep calm and relax for enjoying the vacation or even for working. All services are great, and all staffs are really kind as well. Good bed , food was great, room is clean. Located really convenient area on Silom Road easy to access to every where only few minute walk to BTS station. Great restaurants Scarlett on 37 floor really nice view and 25 Degrees near the lobby the burger so yummy. I also order room service cheeses board really nice I only ask for 1 kind of cheeses and the order come as what I want. Under Covid, our home country still have some restrictions when going back. It needs to have medical certification proof. Mr Kuhn Nui from front desk gave us extra help to check the local hospital for our needs. Much appreciated his extra help on this. It made our trip much smoother under current requirements. Negative (on the view of a 5* expectation) : - hair dryer is broke and repaired with tape - minibar on a very low sevice (2 bottles of water) and no re-fill due to the following circumstance - No room service!? Room has not been made up (even though the “make up“ was displayed all day long. I‘m very disappointed about this related to price and stars of the hotel - Very unefficient escalator system (stops at many times going to the room). Mostly nobody there at the stops because another of the 6 escalators already picked the people up - Unbelievably unefficient breakfast in a too small breakfast room for this big hotel. It took 30 minutes - including escalator - from my room to be seated and another 10 minutes to get a coffee. No table service & all do it by yourself. For ordering coffee is table number needed to have it served bit there is no numer on the table. No help of waiters at the table to fill out/pick up egg’s order form. Kind of unorganized. This point is very disappointing. Overall it‘s a nice gotel but i would not re-book due to these situation. Sorry I hate to give bad to give bad reviews! But we paid extra for club level and expect at least basic service. No priority queue for check in, and then the following day at 8.13 pm our room had not been serviced. A phone call produced no result, we eventually stood at the reception desk until something happened. Look, the pool is lovely, breakfast buffet nice, staff obliging.
