This A.I Matt Fluid contains Salicylic Acid which helps the product to penetration deep into the skin, unclog the pores and helps prevent bacteria in our skin while keeping our skin moisture. Using salicylic acid in our daily routines will helps the skin to prevent acne to appears again and that is why salicylic Acid is the best ingredient you have to choose if you are someone with acne problems. Another main ingredients in this matt fluid is Licochalcone which is an extract from Licorice and helps a lot on reducing the skin redness and helps to sooth the irritations. It also contains Sebum Regulating Technology which act to diminishes sebum and this helps a lot if you are someone with oily skin to use. When to use? For me, I do prefer to use this at night before bed. After a long day at work and doing chores, my skin will produce more sebums and that is exactly what this product is for. Honestly, I suggest to not put too much of this matt fluid and just use a pea size or just enough for your skin. Purely because due to its mattifying effects, I do notice that if I put on much, the top layer will feels like a separated layer on my skin and that is pretty uncomfortables for me. When I tried to put it on during my morning routine, it made my makeup look patchy. But if I use it in my night routine I will wake up with a fresh face. It didn’t clog my pores at all and my skin did not become greasy so far. But please remember that while using this products, you have to use sunscreen with broad spectrum everyday because of the salicylic acid in it.
