- บุคคลทุกคนเมื่อมีเงินได้ตามเกณฑ์ที่กฎหมายกำหนด มีหน้าที่ยื่นแบบและเสียภาษีเงินได้ทุกคน - ผู้มีเงินได้เป็นผู้เยาว์ ผู้ที่ศาลสั่งให้เป็นคนไร้ความสามารถ หรือเสมือนไร้ความสามารถ มีเงินได้ ให้เป็นหน้าที่ของผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรม ผู้อนุบาล ผู้พิทักษ์ เป็นตัวแทนในการยื่นแบบเกี่ยวกับเงินได้ที่ได้รับในระหว่างปีภาษีที่ล่วงมาแล้ว

ภาษีบุคคลธรรมดามาตราอะไร

ผู้มีหน้าทีเสียภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา 1.1 บุคคลธรรมดา (มาตรา 56 วรรคหนึง , 57) 1.2 ผู้ถึงแก่ความตายในระหว่างปีภาษี (มาตรา 57 ทวิ วรรค หนึง) 1.3 กองมรดกทียังมิได้แบ่ง (มาตรา 57 ทวิ วรรคสอง) 1.4 ห้างหุ้นส่วนสามัญหรือคณะบุคคล ทีมิใช่นิติบุคคล (มาตรา 56 วรรคสอง)

คนไร้ความสามารถทำนิติกรรมอะไรได้บ้าง

คนไร้ความสามารถนั้นกฎหมายจำกัดสิทธิไว้มิให้ทำนิติกรรมได้โดยลำพังเลย นิติกรรมทั้งปวงที่คนไร้ความสามารถทำตกเป็นโมฆียะ ซึ่งรวมถึงพินัยกรรมด้วย หากคนไร้ความสามารถต้องการทำนิติกรรมแล้ว บุคคลที่เรียกว่า "ผู้อนุบาล" จะทำแทนเขาเอง
