Learning and Development Specialist 2 Positions | Bangpoo Location | 31 Oct 2021  

Role & Responsibilities:

• Work independently as the executive secretary to handle the operations of Manufacturing and Operations Training Committee
• Creates, organizes, plans and presents various forms of training activity, especially in the manufacturing area.
• Be proactive and curious of new things, maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
• Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers and instructors in multiple languages.
• Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials to align with the business direction of the company
• Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations and videos.
• Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of training experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills.
• Good command in English (TOEIC 700 up) and Chinese (HSK5 up).
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.

Safety Health and Environment Officer 2 Positions | Bangpoo Location | 29 Mar 2022  

Role & Responsibilities:

• Implementation and promotion of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System in the region.
• Responsible for sanitation management and occupational hazard prevention.
• Planning and implementing employee safety and sanitation trainings.
• Planning and inspecting the fire protection equipment.
• Planning for the classification and disposal of hazardous waste.
• Developing emergency response plans and disaster prevention drill plans.
• Assisting all plants in handling works related to safety and sanitation.

Qualification:

Failure Analysis Engineer 4 Positions | Bangpoo Location | 28 Feb 2022  

Role & Responsibilities:

• Performing difficult analysis operations and precision equipment operations.
• Assisting in measuring various electrical characteristics of electronic components.
• Examining abnormal packaging structure of electronic components (X ray and ultrasonic-SAM).
• Performing non-fixed-point grinding operations.
• Performing decapping of electronic parts.
• Performing Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) inspection and composition analysis.

Data Center Service Engineer 1 Position | Bangpoo Location | 1 Sep 2022  

Role & Responsibilities:

• Daily data center computer management check operation.
• Maintaining computer and peripheral equipment in the data center.
• Managing data center computer and peripheral equipment assets.
• Developing standardized operating procedures and processes.
• Analyzing data center operation problems and providing solutions.
• Planning and implementing data center projects.
• Manage physical access to Data Center Facilities and Racks.
• Responsible for fire suppression system.
• Design and maintenance racks layout.
• Coordinate all system maintenance project especially for datacenter facility items.

Mechanical Engineer 2 Positions | Bangpoo Location | 29 Mar 2022  

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assume the role of the mechanical designer responsibility, in the area of part/product quality and testing assurance.
• Perform project scheduling, costing & quality plan & strategy.
• Communication with customer for product specification & design.
• Coordinate with QE/Safety member regarding testing procedure & specification to ensure product is tested correctly.
• Design & develop mechanical enclosure & packaging for power supply unit.
• Create drawing, Bill of Material, Operation Standard for assembly & qualification of part design. Support Power Supply making process during development cycle on mechanical issue.
• Technical support for DET model introduction, in term part quality & PSU assembly matter.
• Issue & update document for design change, revise drawing & issue design change notice

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or other related field
• At least 1 years of working experience in automation machine design or development
• Computer expertise: Solid Work, inventor, AutoCAD 3D and 2D Drawing
• Excellent time management skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, able to speak in Chinese is a plus
