เดือนพฤษภาคมปีเดียวกัน โรงเรียนเซนต์นิโกลาสได้รับการอนุมัติให้เปิดโครงการนี้อย่างเป็นทางการ โดยเปิดการ
เรียนการชั้นตั้งแต่ระดับชั้นอนุบาล 2 ถึงชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ซึ่งได้รับการตอบรับจากผู้ปกครองในจังหวัด
พิษณุโลกและจังหวัดใกล้เคียงเป็นอย่างดียิ่ง
ปีพ.ศ. 2550 คุณพ่อประเสริฐ สิทธิและซิสเตอร์ฉวีวรรณ เชาวน์ดีได้ขออนุมัติเปิด English Programme
ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น และได้รับอนุมัติให้ด าเนินการในปีการศึกษา 2550 หลายปีผ่านไป EP ได้รับรางวัล
มากมายและเป็นที่ยอมรับในด้านวิชาการ ความมีวินัย และความเป็นผู้น า และในปีพ.ศ. 2557 โดยความเห็นชอบ
ของพระสังฆราชและคณะกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียน คุณพ่อประเสริฐ สิทธิ ได้สร้างอาคารเรียน “ซานตามาเรีย”
ส าหรับการเรียนการสอนของแผนก English Programme และเปิดใช้งานอย่างเป็นทางการในวันที่ 15 สิงหาคม
2558 ซึ่งตรงกับวันฉลองพระแม่มารีย์ได้รับเกียรติยกขึ้นสวรรค์ทั้งกายและวิญญาณ และตั้งแต่นั้นเป็นต้นมา วันที่
15 เดือนสิงหาคมของทุกปีจึงนับเป็นวันฉลองครบรอบการเปิดการเรียนการสอนของแผนก EP
ปีพ.ศ. 2563 คุณพ่อศิริชาญ เอียงผาสุข และคุณพ่อไพศาล ราชกิจได้รับแต่งตั้งให้บริหารโรงเรียนเซนต์นิโก
ลาส และได้มอบหมายให้Fr. Ronnie L. Torres, OMI, Ph.D. และผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์อ านวย ปทุมปีด าเนินการ
ขออนุมัติเปิดการเรียนการสอนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย แผนการเรียนภาษาและธุรกิจดิจิทัล (Language Arts
and Digital Business-LADB) และได้รับการอนุมัติให้เปิดด าเนินการในปีการศึกษา 2564 ในการนี้ทางแผนกฯ
ได้รับความอนุเคราะห์จาก วิทยาลัยศิลปะสื่อและเทคโนโลยีมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่จัดอาจารย์ช่วยสอน 4 รายวิชา
คือ E-Commerce, Basic Programming, Web Designing, และ Internet of Things นอกจากนี้ได้มีการลงนาม
ความร่วมมือและข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและการพัฒนาบุคลากร กับมหาวิทยาลัยทั้งในประเทศและ
ต่างประเทศ เพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนในทุกระดับ เป็นต้น แผนการเรียน LADB
โรงเรียนเซนต์นิโกลาส แผนก English Programme ได้รับความเห็นชอบและอนุมัติให้เปลี่ยนหลักสูตรที่ใช้ใน
ปัจจุบันเป็นหลักสูตร Oxford International Curriculum ในปีการศึกษา 2566 เป็นต้นไป เพื่อเป็นการยกระดับเการ
ศึกษาสู่ระดับนานาชาติ
SNSEP-OIC LOGO The Greeks regarded the owl as a symbol of education, intelligence, and
wisdom. Athena, a goddess of wisdom, has an owl on her shoulder as her
guide, companion, advisor, and protector.
Throughout history, owls have gained a reputation for being wise,
thoughtful, helpful, peaceful, and trustworthy, which makes SNSEP-OIC
regard owls as great role models for others.
Owls can see in the dark and can quickly identify their prey because of
their large eyes. They can quickly and easily capture their subject due to
their speed. Like SNSEP-OIC students, who are eager to take on new
academic challenges, strong and accurate, impossible to stop, and quick to
capture learning, owls are speedy to capture learning.
Owls are peaceful birds. The owls’ big eyes are fixed on something as it
sits motionless, calmly observing. Their heads can turn 270 degrees. This
facilitates the owls’ observation of its surroundings, which they maintain as
healthy and habitable. At SNSEP-OIC, students are taught to be calm yet
engaged observers with a strong sense of wonder and concern for our
shared environment.
While some people view owls as a representation of death and a bad
omen, SNS views the owl as an icon that destroys ignorance and illiteracy.
The yellow and brown shield which symbolizes dignity,
generosity, dependability, and enthusiasm in the quest for
knowledge is SNS’s commitment to impart to its clienteles.
The white bird and the cross enclosed in a triangle symbolize
the Holy Trinity characterizes the school as a Catholic institution.
The image of children joining hands together represents the
internationality and inclusivity of the school as it caters to different
nationalities both learners and teachers across the globe.
The book on the right illustrates knowledge and excellence in
both English and Thai languages.
The five-pointed star symbolizes faith in God, hope and success
which signifies the mission of SNS for the learners.

KINDERGARTEN
The Kindergarten level aka EYFS (Early Years Formation Stage) defines standards for children's education, development, and care
that include physical development, communication and language development, and personal, social, and emotional development.
Specifically, SNSEP-OIC Kindergarten ranges from ages 3-6 and are in the kindergarten levels 1-3. Kindergarten curriculum is
designed todevelop students’ skills and capabilities in preparation for their primary education. In and out of classroom activities were

SNSEP-OIC students at the elementary school level arm themselves with fundamental
skills and information, cultivate the joy of learning, and instill the MAWG core values.
The curriculum is designed to help students develop their full potentials in different
learning fields. Students engaged themselves in activities that develop their
communicative competence, skills and knowledge in science and mathematics, and
different 21st Century Skills that will be useful in their daily undertakings. The
aforementioned were supplemented with out-of-school activities like joining in
language camps (in and out of the country), field trips, and competitions and
tournaments in different fields. Elementary students are required to attain CEFR level
A2(Basic Users of language) or IELTS 3-3.5 upon their graduation inSNSEP-OIC.

LOWER SECONDARY
Students at the secondary level develop strong English and Thai language skills in
preparation for higher levels of school, as well as values and ideals that they should live by. They
alsocultivatelearning independence.
At SNS–EP, Grades 7-9 are the lower secondary students also known as Junior High
School. The curriculum is intended to help students prepare themselves for their senior high
school and university studies. The curriculum aims at strengthening students’ full potential in
English language, mathematics, science andinother fieldsof interest students wanted tobe honed.
Extra-curricular activities are also designed to enhance students’ leadership, musical, sports and
other skills which students need in order to face the world squarely. Junior High school students

The Senior High School curriculum dabbed as Language Arts and Digital Business Curriculum (LADB) is intended to
help students prepare themselves either for university studies or for career. The curriculum aims at strengthening
students’ full potential in English and Chinese languages, digital business and ICT. This strand is linked with Chiang
Mai University (CMU) College of Arts, Media and Technology where several subjects are taught by esteemed professors
from CMU. Senior High School students are required to publish one research paper in an international English journal,
attain a CEFR level B2 (Independent Users of language) or IELTS 6-6.5 and present certificates in Entrepreneurship and

Elective and weekend classes are SNSEP-OIC student support service that refers to a variety of teaching methods,
academic services, and educational materials made available to students with the goal of advancing their academic
progress, developing skills, catching up to their peers, meeting learning standards, or achieving a holistic
education.Students enrolled in this willhave tochoose 3academic,1non-physical, and1 physical subject.
ACADEMIC COURSES NON-PHYSICAL & PHYSICAL COURSES
Students can reach their full potential with the help of Saturday supplementary classes.
Saturday academic sessions give students a fun and engaging method to tackle difficult ideas
in science, math, or language courses. Having enjoyment while learning difficult concepts is
the most important thing for students to remember. Students may receive one-on-one or
small-group tutoring in the subject where they encounter difficulty with. In order for the
students to perform successfully in their classes, the teacher assesses their level of
understanding of specific concepts, their areas of weakness, and their preferred learning
styles.

Both academic and extracurricular disciplines are crucial in the life of students. Hence, SNSEP-OIC allots more
resources to skill-based disciplines in order to attain a holistic global education. As important as completing their
exams is ensuring their physical and mental health. In order to balance academics and skill development, SNS - EP
offers non-academic subjects that allow students to select to demonstrate their expertise by participating in a
specific career or activity in the field. The majority of students opt to participate in extracurricular activities such
as athletics, physical fitness, music, visual and performing arts, and clubs and organizations that promote
community service in addition to their academic studies. SNSEP-OIC offers weekend classes for the following
sports and physical activities for one and a half (1.30) hours per session:

GRADING SYSTEM
While a quality education emphasizes the full development of intellectual
abilities that will enable service to society, getting excellent grades and
superior performance are necessary steps on the path to academic
excellence. SNSEP OIC maintains a standard that allows ordinary students to
perform in ordinary ways. Letter grades are used to show the academic
standing of all students with the following meanings and values:

SNSEP-OIC guarantees that pupils have reached the proper CEFR and HSK levels for their
grade levels. The CEFR and HSK tests must be taken by students both at the start of the
school year for placement purposes and at the conclusion of the year as part of their
exit requirements.

Step 2. Screening ขั้นตอนการคัดเลือก
- KD 1 and Grade 1 New Student:
1. Undergo screening test. A parent must be present during
the screening to answer some questions regarding their
children.
2. Take readiness test. Minimum requirement is 60% of
readiness test. Those who garnered the score of less than
the required will enroll in the intervention program.
3. Open admission for EP for AY 2023-24 only.
- New Mainstream Students:
1. Undergo screening test. A parent must be present during
the screening to answer some questions regarding their
children.
2. Grades 2-3 to take Placement test. Minimum requirement
to advance to step 3 is 65% of placement test.
3. Grade 4-11 to take CEFR test (Grade 4-6: A1+; Grades 7-9:
A2+; Grade 10-11: B1+)
Once accepted, the child will receive an acceptance
letter, a registration package, an invoice, and other
documents necessary for enrollment. To complete
enrollment at SNSEP-OIC, the child must complete the
registration process and the school fees must be paid by
the due date on the invoice.
