Capcom ยังประกาศรายละเอียดของตัวละครเพิ่มอีก 4 ตัว ได้แก่ Dee Jay (ตัวละครเก่าจาก SFII), Manon นางแบบสาวฝรั่งเศสนักยูโดแชมป์โลก, Marisa นักสู้หญิงจากอิตาลีที่แต่งตัวเป็นนักรบกรีกโบราณ, JP ชายแก่ถือไม้เท้าที่มีพลังพิเศษ รวมทั้งหมดเป็น 18 ตัวของเกมภาคหลัก ส่วนตัวละครอื่นๆ จะตามมาขายต่อใน Character Pass อีก 4 ตัวในปีแรก (Year I)

กูเกิลประกาศเปิดฟีเจอร์ใหม่ในเบราว์เซอร์ Chrome แก้ปัญหาที่ค้างคาใจผู้ใช้มายาวนานคือการใช้แรมสูงมากและการกินพลังงานสูง โดยเพิ่มโหมดเพื่อปรับลดปัญหานี้ได้

โหมด Memory Saver จะปิดการทำงานของแท็บที่ไม่ได้ใช้งานออกไป ทำให้การใช้ความจำโดยรวมลดลง และเมื่อกลับมาเปิดแท็บเดิมเบราว์เซอร์ก็จะโหลดข้อมูลกลับมาให้ ผู้ใช้สามารถเปิดโหมดนี้ได้เองตลอดเวลา

โหมด Energy Saver จะประหยัดพลังงานรวมโดยปิดการทำงานเบื้องหลังของเว็บไซต์ต่างๆ เช่น ภาพเคลื่อนไหว, วิดีโอ, และเอฟเฟกต่างๆ โหมดนี้จะเปิดใช้เองอัตโนมัติเมื่อแบตเตอรี่เครื่องเหลือต่ำกว่า 20%

In the 27 build of OBS, I could have sworn there was an option under Settings > Output > Streaming > Encoder - which read "Hardware (NVENC, HEVC)".

Was this never the case? In version 28 (and now I'm on v28.0.3)It's available to me as a recording encoder, but not for streaming. I'm using an RTX 3090 and I'm currently on the latest gaming graphics driver. Curious if H.265/HEVC was ever a streaming encoder option or if I'm remembering incorrectly.

HEVC moved to 'Output mode' Advanced, now you have 'Simple'.

You need to select in Stream settings Youtube HLS instead of rtmps. Youtube is the only service so far provinding this technology. Click on Show all... to display the full list when selecting the Service.

Now you have HEVC available. And yes, in simple output mode.

I could have sworn that previous OBS builds let me send HEVC to vimeo, but I guess I was just mixing up HEVC and NVENC H.264. Was hoping to use lower bitrates + higher quality. Oh well.

have a Ryzen 3600x with Nvidia GTX960 here, and trying to RECORD in h265. Are there other steps required to enable x265/HEVC encoding?

On the Custom Output set your Container Format to Matroska (mkv) and then you will have access to the Video Encoders.

dude, I just showed you exactly what I'm seeing based on YOUR instructions. there is NO MKV inside.

If you can't make any changes, you may have an output active (Virtual cam, NDI) & need to turn it off.

No I don't have any active output, otherwise I won't be able to change anything else, including bitrate.

It's not greyed out but there is no MKV option.

Thx Tomasz, I gave up on this shit thread last night & went to bed. Can't be any clearer than that but I suspect the OP will reply that his question is still misunderstood...
