Without very close inspection it looks in a super condition.
Colour consistent, wonderfully creasy with an amazing surface texture that camoflauges scratches with ease. Well shaped shoulder straps and though hardware displays the usual scratches and dulling, it still contrasts and almost shines, beautifully against the midnight black of the hide.
Inking, (edge sealent) displays flex cracking to the sides of the long shoulder strap and very tiny ones around the side loops that attach the shorter, fixed handles to the D Rings.
The rolled, piping trim around the base is generally very good, without visible smoothing or wear. Just one, small catch to the rear LH base trim, as shown.
Some surface scratches to the hide on the RH side panel which are only visible when you angle the bag and look very closely, as they blend almost completely with the finish.
The main reason for the condition rating is due to a twin catch* to the lower, front RH side curve of the bag, see close up photo above.
