วิธีเข้าใช้งาน eFin StockPickUp
1. Log in เข้าสู่ www.bualuang.co.th จากนั้นคลิกเลือก “efin”
2. ระบบจะเข้าสู่หน้าเว็บไซต์ eFinanceThai ไปที่เมนูด้านซ้ายมือเลือก “efin StockPickUp”
3. จากนั้นจะปรากฏหน้าจอดังรูป คลิก “Install”
4. เมื่อ Install เรียบร้อยแล้ว จะปรากฎหน้าจอดังรูป ซึ่งท่านสามารถใช้งานได้ทันที
หากท่านไม่สามารถใช้ eFin StockPickUp ผ่าน Browser Google Chrome (เมื่อคลิก Start โปรแกรมให้ใส่ Username & Password) สามารถแก้ไขได้ตามขั้นตอนดังนี้…
1. คลิกที่ Customize and control Google Chrome (สัญลักษณ์ขีดแนวนอน 3 จุด ด้านขวาบน)
เลือก “เครื่องมือเพิ่มเติม” จากนั้นเลือก “ส่วนขยาย”
2. คลิกที่ขีดสามขีด (ข้างคำว่าส่วนขยาย)
3. เลือก “เปิด Chrome เว็บสโตร์”
4. Search คำว่า “Window Remix ClickOnce Helper” จากนั้นคลิก “+เพิ่มใน Chrome”
5. คลิก “เพิ่มส่วนขยาย” เพื่อทำการติดตั้ง “Window Remix ClickOnce Helper”
6. ปิด Google Chrome ทุกหน้าต่างที่เปิดใช้งานอยู่ และเข้าใช้งานใหม่อีกครั้ง
หากท่านไม่สามารถใช้ eFin StockPickUp ผ่าน Browser Firefox (เมื่อคลิก Start โปรแกรมให้ใส่ Username & Password) สามารถแก้ไขได้ตามขั้นตอนดังนี้…
- เปิด New tap ใหม่ขึ้นมา พร้อมค้นหาคำว่า “Meta4 Clickonce Launcher”
2. จากนั้น คลิก “Add to Firefox”
3. หลังจาก Download เรียบร้อยเเล้ว คลิก “เพิ่ม”
4. กด “บันทึกไฟล์” จากนั้นดำเนินการต่อตามขั้นตอน
5. จากนั้นเข้าใช้งาน Efinance Thai ใหม่อีกครั้ง จะสามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติ
